Privacy Policy
Victory Peak Gear is a mock storefront. It exists so developers can build against realistic commerce data. Nothing here is a real shop: no order can be placed, no payment can be taken, and no goods will ship. Shopify's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy apply to your visit.
What we collect
There is no account system, no newsletter signup, and no contact form that delivers anywhere.
A cart is kept in a browser cookie so the items you add survive a page reload. It holds an identifier for a cart that only ever exists against mock data, and it is not joined to anything about you.
Cookies
The cart cookie above is the only one required for the storefront to work. Analytics cookies are governed by the consent banner, and declining them costs you no functionality.
Third parties
Product imagery is served from Shopify's CDN. No data about you is sold, shared, or passed to an advertising network.
